How to order!!

1. Choose your tumbler size and style from the drop down menu.

2. Specify your alcohol ink colors choice(s). Please note that alochol ink colors will blend together. If there is a particular color you would not want just be mindful when choosing the colors. For example, yellow and blue will make green and this will cause some green to be on the tumbler, other colors like red and yellow will blend to make orange. If you are not sure please feel free to email me or use our chat button or use the contact form at the bottom of our home page. In addition, If you would like me to add the silver or gold like in the provided picture please specify this in the personalization box provided.

How to personalize

1. For your personalization please be as descriptive as possible. Please provide the color you want for your decal. If no color is chosen we will choose a color that best compliments the design. If the personalization you have chosen is a Monogram please provide the number of the one you like from the picture provided and the initials for the monogram **Note, monograms are typically done in the order FIRST, LAST, MIDDLE. If your personalization is a name or phrase please provide the name or phrase and the font number from the picture provided. Please pay close attention to spelling and punctuation as the decal will be exactly how you type it. If no font or monogram is chosen then the most popular option will be chosen for you. If no personalization is wanted please type N/A in personalization box.

2. If you have something very specific that you would like put on you tumbler please message me on my Facebook page or email me at angela@warriormantras.com before ordering to ensure we can create what you are envisioning. NO COPYRIGHTED IMAGES, PROFANITY OR OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE WILL BE PROCESSED. You will be asked to resubmit your decal design.

Due to the custom nature of my items, NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be accepted unless there is an error on MY part. If this is the case, the item will need to be sent back, and will either be fixed or replaced.

All items are made to order and are completed in the order they were received.

My current processing time is 3-4 weeks but I will do my very best to get it to you sooner. Creating your beautiful tumbler is a lengthy process with several steps that require drying and curing times.

Shipping times vary on where you live. Most orders will arrive in 3-5 business days of when they are shipped. Current mail carrier used is USPS Priority Shipping.
-NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. This comes directly from the tumbler manufactuer. If placed in dishwasher the vaccum seal on the tumbler can be broken and your tumbler will not kepp your beverage hot or cold for long periods of time.
-NOT microwave safe.
-Hand wash only. Do NOT use abrasive cleaners or sponges as this could scratch the epoxy.
-Epoxy is sensitive to extreme temperatures. Please do not leave in the car for long periods of time or place in the freezer.
-The epoxy can shatter, crack or chip if dropped so please treat with care. I cannot be responsible for any damage due to mishandling.
